BAJAJ PULSAR P150
Bajaj has launched another Pulsar under the brand based on the new theme we saw with the earlier launch of the Pulsar N250 and F250. As we know Pulsar is already a brand in the Indian two-wheeler market. We already know that there are 5 Pulsars that we can buy, but where does this sixth Pulsar fit in the portfolio. It's a new Pulsar with a new engine and this time it's not a DTSi engine, which is one of the famous Bajaj technology.
DESIGN
The new Pulsar P150 comes with a sharp and edgy design and follows some design traits of the new Pulsar series. It also gets a projector LED headlamp setup, with DRLs. The tail lights are similar to the N160 with a crystal texture on the tights, and the tail section looks clean as it gets an underbelly exhaust.
ENGINE SPECS
The new Bajaj Pulsar P150 has an all-new 149.68 cc engine that produces 14.5 PS @ 8500 rpm and 13.5 Nm @ 6000 rpm. It gets a 5-speed gearbox. But this new engine does not uses DTSi technology, which is Bajaj's famous twin spark technology that we see in most motorcycles.

Price and Variants
The Pulsar P 150 similar to the Pulsar 150 comes in two variants, which are Twin Disc Split Seat and Single Disc Single Seat. Here are 5 major differences between these two variants:-
- First, the obvious difference is the Twin Disc Split Seat variant gets Disc brakes both in front and the rear wheel as well as a split seat. While the Single Disc Single Seat variant gets a Disc brake only in the front and a single-piece seat.
- The Twin Disc Split Seat variant gets thicker tyres compared to the Single Disc Single Seat.
- The Twin Disc Split Seat variant gets clip-on handlebars while the Single Disc Single Seat variant gets a single-piece handlebar.
- The Twin Disc Split Seat variant gets rear set footpegs which give it an aggressive seating position while the Single Disc Single Seat variant gets slightly forward set footpegs which gives it more commuter footpegs.
- The Twin Disc Split Seat variant gets split grabrails while the Single Disc Single Seat variant gets a single-piece grabrail.
The Pulsar P 150 Single Disc Single Seat variant is priced at Rs 1,16,755 Ex-Showroom New Delhi and the Twin Disc Split Seat variant is priced at Rs 1,19,757 Ex-Showroom New Delhi
Conclusion
The Baja Pulsar P150 is another new offering from Bajaj, The problem arises when you compare the bikes offered by Bajaj 150/ 160 cc category. This category has 4 motorcycles to offer but the pulsar 150 and P150 have approx the same engine specification at approx the same price point. So, in the end, it all depends upon you, and what you are looking for.
