Hero motorcorp has refreshed it's lineup with it's new BS6 fleet which includes the new Glamour 125, new Hero Passion Pro and new Xtreme 160 R, along which they have also introduced the new Super Splendor 125.
In this article I am going to tell you about the new Hero Passion Pro 110. Passion Pro has always been an value for money and reliable motorcycle, which gives out excellent mileage. Hero Passion Pro has always been a much stylish and modern alternative of the most famous and most sold Splendor. You won't believe but there are two Passions in my home, one is Hero Honda Passion Plus 2007 model and the other is Hero Passion Pro 100 2017 model.

New Hero Passion Pro 2020


The new Passion Pro 110 gets an all new avatar. It gets an all new fascia with an all new headlamp assembly. The Motorcycle looks totally different from it's predecessor. The new Passion Pro gets new tank as well as new body side panels. It now features aggressive and huge tank styling extension, which gives the bike a much muscular look than it ever had. Not only the headlamp unit, it gets an all new taillamp as well as indicators too. Similar to the new Glamour, it also features a new Diamond frame instead of double cradle which it use to use earlier.
The new Passion Pro now is offered with new graphics and colour too. The bike was showcased in a new yellow colour which was just striking in the launch event which took place in Hero motorcorp's Jaipur situated facility.

ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS


The new Hero Passion Pro now gets a BS6 compliant single cylinder four stroke air cooled fuel injected 110 cc engine. This new engine produces maximum power of 9.14 PS at 7,500 rpm and maximum torque of 9.79 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The Passion Pro will continue to use the same 4- speed gearbox which it uses from ages.
Compairing this engine with the BS4 unit we find that the new Passion has lost approx 0.37 PS of power but instead has gained about 0.79 Nm of torque.

FEATURES


The new Passion Pro not only gets cosmetic upgrades, it gets the same analog digital instrumental console with a bit upgraded digital unit which now will tell the live mileage figure and now the i3s switch is been shifted from the handlebars to the instrumental console. With the changes in the chassis , the Passion Pro has new ergonomics. The new bike now gets more suspension travel ,which is now 14% more at front and 10% more at the rear suspension. Due to this the bike gets much higher ground clearance of 180mm which earlier use to be 165mm. This not only affects the ground clearance but now it gets a longer wheelbase by 25mm more which is 1270mm.
The bike will feature all the Hero motorcorp features such as i3s ( Idle Start Stop System) and iBs ( Integrated Braking System) along with the bike will feature the new Auto Sail technology which Hero introduced with the launched of the new bikes.

CONCLUSION


Passion Pro has always been and trusted choice for many people and now with the new looks and features Hero motorcorp has tried to continue so. The New BS6 2020 Passion Pro 110 will be sold in two variants in which the base variant will provide front and rear drum brakes and is priced at Rs 64,990 while the top variant which will be providing a 240mm disc at front brake is priced at Rs 67,190.
